Who can use Creative Content Studio?

Our studio is open to individuals, businesses, influencers, podcasters, workshop, course and content creators of all experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, we’ll help bring your content to life.

Where is Creative Content Studio located?

We are based in Suite 21 on the 2nd floor within Thatcham House, Turners Drive, Thatcham, Berkshire RG19 4QD.

What are your studio opening hours?

Our standard opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00
Sunday: Bookings available on request

If you need a session outside of these hours, please contact us in advance to discuss availability.

Is parking available, and is it free?

Yes! Free parking is available in a dedicated car park outside of Thatcham House. Please park in the spaces immediately outside of Thatcham House and ignore the permit signs as they are not applicable.

The building is shared with other businesses – you can find us in Suite 21.

Do you offer refreshments?

Yes! We offer water, tea (English breakfast, peppermint or fruit) and coffee with oat milk. If you’d prefer another plant-based milk, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We do not serve dairy products or food.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a session?

You can book a session directly through our website or contact us for availability. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Do you require a deposit?

No. We require full payment upfront to confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via:

Bank Transfer (upon request)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes! If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we will work with you to find a new date that suits your schedule.

During Your Session

What time should I arrive for my booking? And any tips for the session?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for setup. We will also work with you to make any initial changes, as required. For longer bookings, feel free to bring snacks and outfit changes along with you as we can break at any time. The studio can warm up under the lights so do consider lighter clothing for those longer recording sessions!

Do you provide technical support?

Most definitely! Our team will be on hand to assist with equipment setup and we provide an experienced engineer throughout to ensure your session runs smoothly.

Can I bring guests or a co-host?

Absolutely! When booking, you will be able to select which recording set you’d like to use, based on your needs. Each set accommodates a different number of people, with a maximum of 4 people per session.

Please ensure you select the correct option when booking so we can set up the studio accordingly. If you need to change your setup after booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you provide editing services?

Yes! We offer full editing services for podcasts, videos, and marketing content. The cost of these services is negotiated per project, depending on the complexity and requirements.

If you are interested in editing services, please select the relevant option at the time of booking, and our team will reach out to discuss your needs in more detail and provide a tailored quote.

Can I use my own equipment?

No, we do not accommodate this. Our studio is fully equipped with professional-grade equipment to ensure the highest quality for your recordings. Our team is trained to operate and optimize our setup for the best possible results so it’s easier to leave it all to us!

Post-Session & Deliverables

How soon will I receive my files?

We aim to deliver raw files and live cuts within 72 hours. Edited content (upon request) will have a longer turnaround, depending on the complexity.

If I choose your editing service, can I request changes to my edited content?

Yes! We allow one round of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Do I own the content created in my session?

Yes! You own full rights to all content recorded during your session.
